Contribution
In this project, I collaborated directly with stakeholders to understand platform requirements. Based on that I designed all screens and workflows, ensuring an intuitive user experience.
During the full project, I continuously communicated with developers for easy implementation, making possible the delivery of a complete, functional product within the four-week timeframe.

The process
Understanding Requirements
Engaged directly with stakeholders and end-users to define needs and goals for the platform. I co-created to create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize user flows.
Prototyping
After collecting feedback to refine the experience. I started to create the design system and screens. I worked closely with developers to avoid bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth implementation.
Testing & Iterating
We gathered continuous feedback from the stakeholders to refine the user experience.
During the platform’s development, we ensured the client had sufficient insights to iterate on the design while testing it in real-world conditions.
The core feature of the platform is a point-based system that evaluates both the business problem and the compatibility of the solution proposed by each startup.
Conclusion
This project successfully delivered a robust and intuitive platform that streamlined startup selection for Alliander’s business challenges.
Through close collaboration with stakeholders and developers, I ensured that the solution effectively met user needs while maintaining efficiency and clarity. The project improved the selection process and reinforced the value of UX design in driving innovation.
